Our Fitness Classes

Our choice of classes means there is something for everyone. I offer a variety of classes with adaptations and alternatives to suit all needs.

In most of my classes the exercise lasts for a total of 45 minutes consisting of cardio and toning exercises and a good stretch. Some of the other classes vary from 30 mins to 60 mins.

The Cardio sessions may include basic aerobic routines, HiiT (High Intensity Interval Training), Men only HiiT classes, Dancercise, ChairFiiT, Circuits, Ball workouts, Band conditioning, and much more!  Some of our classes also include a discreet weigh-in with nutritional and weight loss advice and a motivational talk.

NEW for 2018! I am starting a walking group for all in various areas. All welcome.



Everyone who walks through the door is made to feel welcome and between us, with our vast experience, we are able to offer safe and effective fitness classes and also offer sensible nutritional advice based on healthy eating to help you achieve your goals.

Our aim is to help you improve your health, feel better in body and mind, and increase your fitness through:  

  • A variety of fitness classes designed to reduce body fat, improve your health and to tone up your muscles. 
  • Weight management advice on the best way to lose weight and keep it off 
  • Nutrition advice based on healthy eating rather than a 'fad' diet plan
  • Making classes Fun and Friendly with many laughs along the way!

And a Social Club too!

I run many different events and trips throughout the year. This ranges from holidays abroad, Fitness weekends, theatre trips & shopping trips. Many of our members love our social side and it really helps members to make friends in the classes and gain the support they need.


About Me 

My name is Sarah Lilburn and I have 12 years’ experience as a Fitness Professional. Prior to that I spent 10 years working as a nurse in the NHS in all areas ranging from Medical/surgical wards, elderly care and then the Special Care Baby Unit. I also owned a Rosemary Conley Franchise for 6 years and have helped hundreds of members to lose their unwanted weight and, through the exercise element of the class, improve fitness and flexibility.

Personally, I was always overweight, even as a child. I started at Rosemary Conley classes because I was unwell and desperately needed to lose weight. I lost 6.5 stones (I was a size 22) and although I still struggle to keep my weight down from time to time, I am happy to say that I have now maintained my weight for twelve years and am a very happy size 12. I am now very excited to now be launching my own NEW business on my own as BeFiiT 4 Life with Sarah. I also run Chair FiiT classes in the community and to ladies and gentlemen in Care homes and Day Centres.
